As Legal Coordinator, you will be the backbone of the legal department, ensuring contracts, templates, and compliance records are maintained to the highest standard. You’ll draft standard agreements using approved templates, coordinate contract execution, and support internal teams with legal administration. Your work will help the business operate efficiently while staying fully compliant with internal policies and legal requirements.

Your tasks

Legal Administration

  • Maintain and organize legal documentation, including contracts, templates, and compliance records.
  • Ensure proper execution, archiving, and retrieval of legal documents.
  • Monitor contract timelines, renewal dates, and key compliance deadlines.
  • Prepare summaries, trackers, and reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Support internal audits and regulatory documentation processes.
     

Contract Drafting & Template Management

  • Draft standard agreements such as NDAs and basic service contracts using pre-approved templates.
  • Update and maintain legal templates to reflect business needs or regulatory changes.
  • Coordinate contract execution and follow-up actions with internal departments and external parties.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy across all templated legal documents.
     

Operational Support

  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of legal tools and systems.
  • Support the digitalization and automation of legal workflows.
  • Collaborate with departments such as Procurement, Sales, and Business
  • Development to ensure smooth legal processes.
  • Provide administrative support for legal inquiries, claims documentation, and compliance-related tasks.
  • Contributes to continuous process improvements and plays a key role in enhancing the overall effectiveness of the legal function.
You have
  • A bachelor’s degree in law or equivalent professional experience in legal administration.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal administrative or paralegal role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Experience drafting simple contracts based on templates.
  • Comfortable using legal technology and open to process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong organizational and document management skills.
  • Proficiency in legal document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Discretion and understanding of confidentiality in handling sensitive legal information.
  • Fluent Dutch and English skills (spoken and written).
  • A proactive mindset and you can work independently and collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
