Als Biochemistry Analyst bij HAL Allergy ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van testen op monsters van o.a. grondstoffen, tussen- en eindproducten ten behoeve van vrijgifte of stabiliteitstudies. Je bent in staat om alle bepalingen zelfstandig uit te voeren. Daarnaast voer je alle benodigde administratieve handelingen uit die hierbij nodig zijn ten behoeve van de goedkeuring van producten en grondstoffen.

Your tasks

Uitvoeren van immuno-chemische chemische analyses:

  • Uitvoeren van routinematige (immuno)chemische analyses, waaronder:
  • Werken volgens GMP/GcLP richtlijnen;
  1. Immunochemie: Allergeenactiviteit, SDS-PAGE, Immunoblot, ELISA;
  2. Spectrofotometrie: Eiwitbepaling, fenol, koolhydraat en fosfaat;
  3. Natchemische bepalingen;
  4. Waterbepalingen;
  5. Titraties;
  6. HPLC, SEC
  • (Zelfstandig) beoordelen van het verkregen resultaat, ingeval van afwijkingen deze rapporteren aan de manager biochemie of QC manager.

Administratieve verwerking van resultaten en voorschriften:

  • Participeren in projecten;
    Het (her)schrijven en verbeteren van diverse documenten m.b.v. het FDS;
  • Bijdragen aan het optimaliseren van analysemethoden, testvalidatie en werkprocessen;
  • Accuraat verwerken en rapporteren van analyse resultaten (in Labware LIMS);
  • Uitvoeren van extra (algemene en specifieke) werkzaamheden zoals o.a.:
  1. Algemene laboratoriumwerkzaamheden;
  2. Voorraadadministratie en bestellingen plaatsen voor laboratoriumbenodigdheden;
  3. IHR- en serum beheer;
  4. Beoordelen van uitgevoerde bepalingen;
  5. Schrijven van en werken aan deviaties (waaronder OOS);
  6. 5S en continue verbeteringen;
  • Overige (door de leiding aangegeven) werkzaamheden.
You have
  • Opleiding vanaf MLO niveau;
  • Minimaal 2 jaar relevante praktische labervaring is gewenst;
  • Kennis van GMP/GcLP;
  • Affiniteit met de farmacie;
  • Kennis van MS-Office en Labware LIMS
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift.
