Packaging Operator

Leiden (NL) | 40 uur

 

Voor onze productieafdeling zijn wij op zoek naar een Packaging Operator. In deze rol werk je vanuit onze werkplek in Leiden en is het vooral van belang dat je nauwkeurig en netjes kunt werken, om ervoor te zorgen dat de juiste producten met de juiste informatie bij patiënten terechtkomt. 

 

Je houdt je o.a. bezig met het volgens planning en GMP / GDP richtlijnen labelen, verpakken en verzendklaar maken van eindproducten en het uitvoeren van alle daarbij horende (administratieve) handelingen. Daarnaast beheer en verspreiding van voorraadartikelen, zodat de continuïteit in de organisatie wordt gewaarborgd.

Your tasks
  • Het volgens procedure en op de juiste wijze uitvoeren van productie / verzendhandelingen (zie productiewerkzaamheden).
  • Signaleren en rapporteren van afwijkingen.
  • Aandragen en initiëren van verbeteringen.
  • In geval van key-userschap ben je de kennisbron van een bepaalde techniek of systeem, verantwoordelijk voor het inhoudelijk up-to-date houden van documenten, training van collega’s en initiëren van verbeteringen. Je bent het aanspreekpunt binnen de afdeling voor de betreffende techniek of systeem.
  • Handmatig / machinaal labelen, verpakken en verzendklaar maken van eindproducten.
  • Orderpicking voor Sublivac en/of Purethal shiften.
  • Het scannen en invoeren van productgegevens in Navision.
  • Invullen van logboeken en protocollen.
  • Cyclecounting en de daar bijbehorende administratieve handelingen.
  • Intern / extern bestellen van verpakkingsmaterialen.
  • Efficiënt beheren en schoonmaken van de werkruimtes.
  • Transport van goederen tussen magazijn en (o.a. productie-) afdelingen / ontvangers.
  • Opslag en voorraadbeheer.
You have
  • VMBO werk- en denkniveau; met bijbehorende ICT-skills.
  • Kennis / ervaring van GMP / GDP –regelgeving.
  • Enige affiniteit met licht administratief werk.
  • Ervaring in een productieomgeving met (semi) automatische processen.
  • Begrip van logistieke processen en ERP systemen.
